Abstract

Education is experiencing a transition from conventional learning to the digital
era. Teachers must adapt to these changes in order to use digital teaching materials
to make learning more interesting. Teachers can use innovative learning models
and digital-based teaching materials. The RADEC learning model is a model that
can be applied today. This research and development aims to produce interactive
e-book teaching materials based on the RADEC learning model using the Canva
application for elementary school science subjects IV. The Analyze, Design,
Develop, Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE) model was combined with the research
and development (R&D) method in this research. Validation by material, media
and language experts provided an assessment of this research with very valid
criteria for use which resulted in feasibility findings. Apart from that, teachers and
students are very interested in these interactive e-books because they support a fun
learning process. Based on this assessment, it results in the conclusion that
interactive e-books based on the RADEC learning model meet the criteria for
being very suitable for use in learning.
