Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of
organizational climate, transformational leadership style, and work-life balance on
employee loyalty at the Tirta Satria Banyumas Regional Water Mining Public
Company (PERUMDAM). This type of research is quantitative. The population in
this research were all employees of the service and engineering section of
Perumdam Tirta Satria Banyumas, totaling 171 employees. The sampling technique
in this research used the Purposive Sampling technique. The instrument in this
research uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research uses SPSS
version 20 which is used for instrument testing, classical assumption testing, data
analysis testing, model suitability testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of this
research prove that partially the organizational climate partially has a positive and
significant effect on the loyalty of Perumdam Tirta Satria Banyumas employees, the
transformational leadership style partially has a positive and significant effect on
the loyalty of Perumdam Tirta Satria Banyumas employees, while work-life balance
partially partially has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of Perumdam
Tirta employees Satria Banyumas.
