This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership, Work Motivation and
Work Discipline on the Performance of Village Apparatus in Wangon District, the
population in this study is all Village Apparatus in the Villages of Jambu,
Windunegara, Wlahar, Banteran, Wangon, Klapagading Kulon, Klapagading
Wetan,dan Randegan totaling 156 village officials. Sampling using the
Accidental Sampling method with the number of respondents 113 respondents,
data obtained from respondents with research instruments using questionnaires,
the analytical technique used in this study using multiple regression analysis,
based on the analysis results show that simultaneously leadership, work
motivation, and work discipline have an effect positive and significant impact on
the performance of village officials. For the partial test of leadership has a
positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials, the variable
of work motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of village
officials, the variable of work discipline has a significant positive effect on the
performance of village officials.
