Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of product quality, brand
image, price perception, and features on customer satisfaction with Xiaomi
Smartphones. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling,
with the sample criteria being Xiaomi Smartphone users who are at least 17 years
old and reside in the Purbalingga area. The sample tested in this research consists
of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple
linear regression analysis. The results show that product quality does not affect
customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the variables of brand image, price perception,
and features each have an influence on customer satisfaction.
