This research at KB Ibnu Kholdun, Cimanggu District, was motivated by the children's low language skills. This is evident from the children's enthusiasm not being visible, the learning media used is monotonous so that children tend to be busy and talk to themselves during learning activities. Based on this problem, the aim of this research is to describe children's activities and the results of children's language skills through the use of picture story books. This research uses a type of classroom action research (PTK) which is designed in a cyclical form consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, observation, implementation and reflection. The research subjects were 15 children of KB Ibnu Kholdun, Cimanggu District. This data collection technique uses observation and documentation, while data analysis uses descriptive statistics. The results of the pre-cycle research were that there were 9 children or 60% in the not yet developing (BB) category and 5 children or 33% in the starting to develop (MB) category and 1 child or 7% in the developing as expected category. In the first cycle, results were achieved where 7 children or 47% were in the beginning to develop category, and 8 children or 53% had developed according to expectations. In cycle II, in the category developing as expected there were 7 children or 47% and developing very well there were 8 children or 53%. Based on the data analysis above, it can be concluded that the use of picture storybook media can improve children's language skills at KB Ibnu Kholdun, Cimanggu District.
