Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style variables,
remuneration, organizational commitment, and morale on employee performance.
This type of research is quantitative. Sampling in this study was a saturated sample
or census with a sample size of 106 employees. This research took the subject of
Dinnakerkop & UKM Banyumas Regency. The data analysis techniques used were
multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive statistics. The results of the data
analysis show that the variables of leadership style and work enthusiasm have a
significant positive effect on employee performance, while compensation and
organizational commitment have an insignificant negative impact on employee
performance. From the adjusted R2 results, a result of 0.360 was
obtained. This means that 36% of the employee performance variable (Y) is
influenced by the independent variables, namely leadership style (X1),
remuneration (X2), organizational commitment (X3), and work enthusiasm
(X4). Meanwhile, other variables not discussed in this research influence the
remaining 64% of employee performance style variables.
