Abstract
This research aims to prove the influence of Servant Leadership, Coordination
and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The population used in this
research were employees of PT. Indonesian Railways (Persero) Daop 5
Purwokerto. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling and 100
samples were obtained that met the criteria. Data processing is carried out using
(Smart PLS). The results of this research show that: Servant Leadership has a
significant positive effect on employee performance, Coordination has no
significant positive effect on employee performance, Work Discipline has a
significant positive effect on employee performance.
