Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and
organizational commitment on employee performance at TB Faisal Jaya Corp
Banjarharjo. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique with a
total sample of 105 people who were employees of TB Faisal Jaya Corp
Banjarharjo. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The
results of data analysis show that simultaneously work discipline, work
motivation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee
performance. The results of partial data analysis show that work discipline has a
and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has no and
significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment has a
significant effect on employee performance.
