Abstract

The purpose of the research was to determine the influence of work discipline, selfefficacy,
human relations and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the
performance of nurses at the Islamic Hospital (RSI) Purwokerto. This research is a
quantitative study using a saturated sample of 105 respondents, namely all nurses at
RSI Purwokerto. The sampling technique used was a census. The data analysis
techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, instrument
testing, classical assumption testing, model suitability testing, regression and
correlation tests. The research results show that work discipline, self-efficacy,
human relations and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) simultaneously
have a significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSI Purwokerto. Work
discipline has a significant positive effect on nurse performance. Self-efficacy has a
significant positive effect on nurse performance. Human relations have a significant
positive effect on nurse performance. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)
has a significant positive effect on nurse performance.
