This research aims to analyze the effect of Workload, Work Stress, Work
Motivation and Work Environment on the Performance of PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha
Ekakurir (JNE) Purwokerto Branch. The type of research is quantitative. This
sampling used a saturated sample method with criteria where all employees of PT.
Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Purwokerto Branch as a sample. The data
collection instrument uses a questionnaire. The sample used were 101 employees.
The data analysis technique uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences
(SPSS). Data analysis uses the R2 Coefficient of Determination Test. Based on the
results of the partial analysis, it shows that Work Load has no effect on employee
performance, Job Stress has no effect on employee performance, Work Motivation
has an effect on employee performance and Work Environment has no effect on
employee performance. The results of the R2 determination test show that the
influence of workload, work stress, work motivation and work environment on
employee performance is 29.1%.
