Manasik Al-Hajj module is a teaching material developed to produce exceptional quality teaching modules. Limited teaching materials are an obstacle in Manasik Al-Hajj activities. Teaching materials still have limitations, including being in the form of sheets of paper, and there have been no updates at the PAUD institution in Majenang District. This research aims to: produce teaching materials in the form of Manasik Al-Hajj learning modules. By establish teaching materials in the form of modules, it is endurance that it will be able to make PAUD students interested in active learning and always encourage students to do positive to associate living things, know the fifth pillar of Islam and can increase religiosity in PAUD students. The type of research used is a model (R&D) which uses the Manasik Al-Hajj module development procedure. This research produced a Manasik Al-Hajj learning module that can be used by teachers and students. The module that was assembled was reviewed by content and learning design experts with a score of 2.2 which was said to be "Not Good". Therefore, it needs to be revised to accomplish it easier for teachers in the learning process. Then for the next review, regarding at the average score, the value of the Expert Review Results for Content and Learning Design is 3.4 which is said to be "Good". Based on the results of the N-Gain test in this research, the N-Gain percent value was 83.33%, hence it can be concluded that the Development of the Manasik Al-Hajj Learning Module is Effective in Increasing the Religiosity of PAUD Students in Majenang District, Cilacap Regency.
