Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of location, service quality and attractiveness on customer satisfaction (study of Kaligua tea plantation tourists). The population in the study were Kaligua tea plantation tourists, totaling 130 tourists. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Data was obtained from respondents with instruments using questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this research based on the t test produce: (a) location has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (b) service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. (c) attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
