Abstract

The study was a survey study to know the effect of leadership, working culture,
and working satisfaction toword legislative staff performance. The independent
variables were leadership, working culture and working satisfaction. The
dependent variable was legislative staff’s working performance. The objects were
staffs of Regional House Of Representatives in Banyumas regency. There were 44
respondents as the samples. The data were collected by using temporary sensus.
The data were analyzed by using validty and reliability test, classical assumption
test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The result showed that
partially, leadership affected to performance with t count of 2,491> t table of
1,692. The working culture did not affect the performance with tcount of 0,150<t
table of 1,692. Then, partially, working satisfaction affect to the performance with
t count of 2,653>t table of 1,692.
