Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of self-efficacy, reward, and organizational commitment on the performance of owabong purbalingga employees. This research is quantitative by using a number of 112 respondents of permanent employees at owabong purbalingga. The sampling technique used is to use the saturated sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, data analysis test, model fit test and hypothesis test. The results of the study show that self-efficacy, reward and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Rewards have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
