Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, job involvement, and
job satisfaction on organizational commitment to PT KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto
employees. The population in this study were all employees of PT KAI Daop 5
Purwokerto, totaling 154 employees. Sampling in this study used the Non
Probability Sampling method with the Purposive Sampling technique with a total
sample of 101 respondents. Data obtained from respondents with research
instruments using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear
regression analysis with an Adjusted R-Square value of 52.5%. The results of this
study based on the F test stated that leadership style, job involvement, and job
satisfaction simultaneously had a significant effect on organizational commitment.
Based on the t test obtained; (a) leadership style has a positive and significant
effect on organizational commitment. (b) work involvement has a positive and
significant effect on organizational commitment. (c) job satisfaction has a positive
and significant effect on organizational commitment.
