Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior, and work involvement on the employe performance PT Mitra Cimalati Indonesia. The independent variables used in this study are the emotional intellignece, organizational citizenship behavior, and work involvement while the dependent variable in this study is employe performance. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling while the sample used are 119 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it showed that the emotional intelligence, work involvement has partial effect on employe performance. While the organizational citizenship behavior does not significantly affect employe performance.
