The use of mobile applications has become an essential part of everyday
life in the digital era, especially in the university environment using attendance
applications. The QrCode UMP mobile attendance application allows students to
record their attendance in lectures. This research aims to analyze the user
experience quality of the QrCode UMP Mobile Attendance Application,
considering factors such as user interface, speed, reliability, ease of use, and
provided features. The research method used in this study is quantitative
research. The UEQ method is employed to measure user satisfaction with the
application overall and identify aspects that need to be optimized. This descriptive
research aims to describe the user experience with the QrCode UMP Mobile
Attendance Application. The population in this study is 1,147 students of
Muhammadiyah Purwokerto University within the scope of the Faculty of
Engineering and Science, with a sample size of 294 respondents. The analysis
results indicate that the QrCode UMP Mobile Attendance Application has a good
level of user satisfaction. The research results show that the user experience with
the QrCode UMP Mobile Attendance Application is rated as good by the users.
The dimensions that most influence the user experience are efficiency and
satisfaction. However, there are some aspects that need improvement, namely
visual aesthetics and information clarity. The analysis of data using UEQ is
expected to provide a comprehensive overview of the user experience in using the
QrCode UMP Mobile Attendance Application. This research is also expected to
make a significant contribution to the development of mobile applications and
serve as a reference for future researchers and application developers.
