Aisyiyah, as an organization based on Islamic values, has shown high
dedication in various fields, such as education, health, and social welfare. One
important approach that is appropriate to use to enhance Aisyiyah's role and
contribution in creating a quality society is through an appropriate and effective
cadre model.
The aims of this study were: to find out the proper cadre model for the
Regional Leaders of Aisyiyah Tegal Regency; know the implementation of
monitoring and evaluation; identify the implementation of the Aisyiyah cadre
model that can help create ummah khoiru in the Aisyiyah Regional Leaders of Tegal
Regency; to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing cadre.
The research carried out is of a qualitative type, namely a method or research
method that emphasizes more on analysis or descriptive. The subject of this
research is the Aisyiyah Regional Leaders of Tegal Regency, with data collection
techniques conducting observations, interviews and documentation. Researchers
use qualitative inductive data analysis focusing on data in the field or field research
(field research).
results of this study are that the Aisyiyah Regional Leaders of Tegal
Regency use a community-based cadre model, evaluate and monitor the cadre
implementation by identifying cadre success, also identify cadre implementation in
the form of the Qoryah Thoyyibah Program, TB Care Community, Muballighot
Development, Aisyiyah Entrepreneurial School. and boarding schools for the
elderly, and knowing the inhibiting factors for cadre implementation, including
limited human resources, multiple positions. The driving factors are Aisyiyah's
spirit in organizing, environmental and hereditary factors as well as support from
Muhammadiyah and other Ortom.
