This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Knowledge Sharing,
Competence and Innovative Behavior on Employee Performance at Perumda Air
Drinking Tirta Satria Purwokerto. Sampling using purposive sampling method
through a questionnaire. The sample used amounted to 160 employees. The
analysis technique used in this study uses the Statistical Package for the Social
Sciences (SPSS). The analysis used to analyze is the Determination coefficient test
((Adjusted R2), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F test and t test. The results
of this study show that: 1) Knowledge Sharing, Competence and Innovative
Behavior together have a positive and significant effect on performance of
employees at Perumda Water Drinking Tirta Satria Purwokerto. 2) Knowledge
Sharing, Competence and Innovative Behavior have a positive and significant
effect on the performance of Employees at Perumda Air Drinking Tirta Satria
Purwokerto. The results of the determination test (R2) show that the effect of
Knowledge Sharing, Competence and Innovative Behavior on Employee
Performance is 45.1%.
