The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Compensation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital Employees. This type of research is quantitative research with a survey method. The data source used in this research is primary data with a sampling technique using a purposive sample. Respondents were selected with a sample size of 85 respondents. The population in this study were employees of the Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital. The data will be analyzed using multiple regression. The data will be analyzed in two separate but sequential stages using structural equation modeling with a partial small quadrant approach. The research results reveal that 1) organizational culture has no effect on performance, 2) work motivation has a positive effect on performance, 3) compensation has no effect on performance, 4) work discipline has a positive effect on performance, 5) Job satisfaction has no effect on performance.
