The purpose of this study is to use the Problem Based Learning learning
model to obtain student achievement in class V SD Negeri 1 Pandansari for the
2022/2023 academic year. This research is a collaborative classroom action
research (PTK). The research was carried out in two cycles consisting of two
meetings in each cycle. Each meeting requires a PBL model which is carried out
through 4 stages of research, namely: the planning stage, the implementation
stage, the observation stage, and the reflection stage. The subjects of this study
were fifth grade students at SD Negeri 1 Pandanasri. Sources of research data
are teachers, students and documents. Data collection techniques used initial
ability tests, observation, LKPD, and evaluation. Test the validity of the data
using triangulation techniques. The data analysis used is qualitative and
quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that: (1) the application of the PBL model to improve student learning achievement in class V
of SDN 1 Pandanasri for the 2022/2023 academic year is carried out through six
steps, namely: a) class presentations, b) form study groups, c) carry out quizzes,
d) score increase, e) group award, f) conclusion and evaluation. (2) Presentation
of learning outcomes in cycle I was 43.7% and in cycle II was 82.5%. The
conclusion of this study is that the application of the PBL model can improve
student learning outcomes and students' creative thinking in class V SD N 1
Pandansari.
