Abstract
This research aims to research and explain the effect of compensation, work
discipline, self efficacy and organizational commitment on the performance of
employee performance PT.Samasta Boga Indonesia. This research is a
quantitative study using a questionnaire of 107 respondents. The respondents are
employee performance PT. Samasta Boga Indonesia. The sampling technique uses
the Purposive Sampling Method. The data analysis used descriptive analysis,
instrument test, classis assumption test, data analysis test, model fit test and
hypothesis test. The result of this study show that compensation partially ahs a
significant positive effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work discipline
partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Self efficacy
partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational
commitment partially has significant on employee performance.
