This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of transformational
leadership style, work discipline, and work environment on work motivation and its impact
on employee performance. This study is to use a quantitative approach. The sample used in
this study were employees of the National Land Agency Office of Pemalang Regency as many
as 104 respondents using a census technique. Data obtained from respondents with research
instruments using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and
sobel analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the transformational
leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Work discipline has
a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The work environment has a positive and
significant effect on work motivation. Transformational leadership style has a positive and
significant effect on performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on
performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance.
