This study aims to determine the effect of communication, work discipline, self esteem and self efficacy on the performance of PT. KAI DAOP 5 Purwokerto. This is a quantitative research. The population in this study are employees of PT. KAI DAOP 5 Purwokerto, totaling 125 employees. The sample in this study was using a non- probability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique. The data obtained from distributing questionnaires was 125. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results are: (1) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance (3) self esteem has no significant effect on employee performance (4) self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
