The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service quality, product completeness, and location on purchasing decisions for Kroya Kato Wholesale and Retail consumers. This study uses a questionnaire method as data collection. The sample selected using purposive sampling. Based on the criteria obtained 110 respondents. This study uses the SPSS test tool, the research method used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, f test, and t test. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product completeness had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, location had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
