The mobile-based UMP KKN application is an application that supports Muhammadiyah University Purwokerto students in filling out every activity in the Real Work Lecture (KKN). User satisfaction is the most important thing that becomes a benchmark to determine the success of implementing a system. In an effort to achieve user satisfaction for the mobile-based KKN UMP application which can be downloaded on the Google Play Store, researchers used the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The EUCS instrument includes five variables: Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease Of Use, and Timeliness. This study aims to analyze the influence of what factors influence user satisfaction in the mobile-based UMP KKN application. The number of research samples used was 168 respondents, namely mobile-based UMP KKN Application users. The data was analyzed using SPSS tools. Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the factors in the EUCS method include Content, Accuracy, and Ease of Use have a significant positive effect while the Format and Timeliness variables have no positive relationship to User Satisfaction or user satisfaction with the mobile-based UMP KKN Application.
