The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment,
compensation and job placement on employee performance at PT. Muara Kayu
Sengon Jatilawang Banyumas. The independent variables in this study are work
environment, compensation and job placement, while the dependent variable is
employee performance. The population in this study were employees of the
production department at PT. Muara Kayu Sengon Jatilawang Banyumas. The
data collection technique used was random sampling, while the population was
3 79 and the sample in this study was 196 employees. The data analysis technique
used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear
regression analysis, determination coefficient test, t test and f test. Based on the
results show that the work environment variables, compensation and job
placement have a significant and partial effect on employee performance.
