Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate,
organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship
behavior (OCB). The selection of the sample in this study was carried out by cluster
sampling. Based on the criteria, 112 respondents were sampled. Data analysis used
the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling approach. The results of
the study reveal that organizational climate and organizational commitment have
a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational
climate has a positive and significant effect on OCB. While organizational
commitment and job satisfaction have no positive and not significant effect on OCB.
Job satisfaction is not able to be an intervening variable on the effect of
organizational climate and organizational commitment to OCB.
