Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ease of transaction, service quality and
promotion on customer satisfaction of Gojek users in Purwokerto. Selection of this
research sample using purposive sampling. The sample of this research is 105
respondents. The research method in this study is multiple linear regression. The
results of the analysis show that simultaneously the variables of ease of transaction,
quality of service and promotion affect customer satisfaction. For the partial test of
the variable ease of transaction, service quality and promotion have a positive and
significant effect on customer satisfaction.
