The purpose of this study aims to determine the effect of the work environment,
work discipline, work-life balance and self-efficacy on employee performance
at PT Manunggal Perkasa Cilacap. This type of research uses quantitative
research. The population in this study were 233 employees of PT Manunggal
Perkasa Cilacap. The sampling technique in this study uses the slovin formula
with a significance of 10%. The sample used in this study was 70 respondents
to employees of PT Manunggal Perkasa Cialacap. The data analysis technique
used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear
regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test, F-test, t-test. The
results of the analysis show that simultaneously the work environment, work
discipline, work-life balance and self-efficacy affect employee performance.
Work environment has a significant positive effect on performance. Work
Discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. Work-life
balance has no significant effect on performance. Self-Efficacy has a positive
and significant effect on performance.
