Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of trust, discounts,
and service quality on purchasing decisions for Shopee Marketplace consumers.
This study uses a questionnaire method as data collection. The sample selected
using purposive sampling. Based on the criteria obtained 100 respondents. This
study uses the SPSS test tool, the research method used is validity test, reliability
test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of
determination, f test, and t test. The results showed that trust has a positive and not
significant effect on purchasing decisions, discounts have a positive and significant
effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a positive and significant effect
on purchasing decisions.
