This study aims to find out the implementation and impact of morning exercise for students at SD Negeri 1 Tambaksogra, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency. The research used the qualitative method. The data were collected by observation and interviews with school principals, teachers of grades I, II, IV, and V, as well as students of grades IV and V. The results of this study indicate that morning exercise at SD N 1 Tambaksogra is a mandatory school program. This activity is carried out on Saturday at 07.00 and as an effort to foster student discipline. The impact of this activity for students is that it can foster students' disciplined attitude through attitudes of wearing uniforms after doing the exercise, coming to school early, being orderly in participating, disposing of trash in its place, lining up in an orderly manner when entering class, and obeying rules and regulations applied at school. The movements in the morning exercise make the student's body fresh. This activity carried out on weekends can reduce student stress due to too much studying in class so that the mind becomes fresher.
