This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of work discipline, work motivation, locus of control and work compensation on the performance of employees of PT Pelita Satria Perkasa Tbk. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire of 100 respondents to the employees of PT Pelita Satria Perkasa Tbk. The sampling technique uses the Accidental Sampling method. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, instrument test, classic assumption test, data analysis test, model fit test and hypothesis test. The results of the study show that work discipline, work motivation, locus of control and work compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. work discipline partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work motivation partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance, locus of control partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance while work compensation partially has no significant effect on employee performance.
