This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility, firm size and leverage on firm value and profitability as a moderator. The selection of the sample in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, a total of 208 data were obtained as samples. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, absolute difference test, f test and t test. The results of the analysis show that partially corporate social responsibility has a positive and not significant effect on firm value, firm size has a positive and significant effect on firm value, leverage has a negative and significant effect on firm value, profitability is not able to moderate the relationship of corporate social responsibility with firm value, profitability is not able to moderate the relationship between firm size and firm value and profitability is able to moderate the relationship between leverage and firm value.
