This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, competence and Islamic work ethic at PT Tiga Putra Abadi Perkasa Purbalingga. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, sampling non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, the total sample is 129 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS 21, with descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test. The results of the study with the simultaneous test (F test) show that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between the variables of emotional intelligence, competence and Islamic work ethic. The results of the study with the partial test (t test) prove that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and Islamic work ethic has a significant positive effect on employee performance,
