This study aimed to determine the effect of product diversity, product quality, and location on consumer satisfaction at Tiara Kitchen and Eatery. This study uses a quantitative method called positivism because it is based on positivism's philosophy, which is suitable for proving, with a research sample of 100 respondents selected by purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics, instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and t-test. The study's results showed that the variable product diversity, product quality, and location significantly positively affected customer satisfaction.
