Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of benefits, convenience,
trust and safety on the intention to use. Selection of the sample in this study using
purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, 113 respondents were sampled. The
data analysis technique used in this research is instrument test, descriptive
statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression, hypothesis testing, F test
and T test. . Then, trust and safety have a positive and significant effect on the
intention to use, but the benefits and convenience have a significant effect on the
intention to use.
