Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived organizational support, organizational culture, communication, compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Andhika Bangum Perkasa. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire of 100 respondents to employees of PT. Andhika Bangun Perkasa. The sampling technique used is saturated sample technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test, classic assumption test, data analysis test, model suitability test and hypothesis testing. From the results of the study indicate that perceptions of organizational support, organizational culture, communication, compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Perceived organizational support partially has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
