Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational
culture, work environment, compensation, and organizational commitment on
employee performance at KPRI Sedar, KPRI Mardi Husada, KPRI Ganesa.
This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire with a total of 86
respondents to employees at KPRI Sedar, KPRI Mardi Husada, KPRI
Ganesa. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The
data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis,
instrument testing, classical assumption testing, data analysis testing, and
hypothesis testing. From the results of the study indicate that organizational
culture, work environment, compensation, and organizational commitment
simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
Organizational culture partially has a not influential effect on employee
performance, work environment partially has a positive and significant effect
on employee performance, compensation partially has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment
partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
