This study aims to determine the effect of information quality, system quality, service quality, and computer anxiety on user satisfaction of accounting information systems. Sampling used accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 110 respondents who are BRI mobile users. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the study show that system quality and service quality affect user satisfaction of the BRI mobile accounting information system. Meanwhile, information quality and computer anxiety have no effect on user satisfaction of the BRI mobile accounting information system
