Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of Locus of Control, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PD Mujur Jaya Kroya. This type of research is quantitative research with primary data sources obtained from questionnaires. The population of this research is all employees of PD Mujur Jaya as many as 215 people. Based on the calculation of the sample from the Slovin formula and the purposive sampling technique, a total of 140 employees were obtained. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that Locus of Control, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment have a simultaneous and partially positive significant effect on Employee Performance at PD Mujur Jaya Kroya
