Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizational
commitment, personality, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and job
satisfaction. The selection of the sample in this study was carried out by simple
random sampling. Based on the criteria, 105 respondents were sampled. The data
analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, pls, and hypothesis testing. The
results of the analysis show that organizational commitment has a significant
positive effect on job satisfaction, personality has a significant positive effect on
job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on
organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), personality has a significant positive
effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), job satisfaction has an effect
positive is not significant to organizational citizenship behavior (ocb), job
satisfaction is intervening organizational commitment to organizational
citizenship behavior (ocb) but not significant, and job satisfaction is intervening
personality to organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) but not significant.
