Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of cyberloafing, organizational
commitment, and self control on the performance of Wangon Health Center
employees. Sampling using saturated sample method through a questionnaire. The
sample used was 131 employees. The analysis technique used in this study uses the
Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate
that cyberloafing has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance,
organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee
performance, and self control has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance. Based on the results of the adjusted R2 coefficient of determination
test of 50.9%.
