The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work discipline and work motivation variables on the employee productivity. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study used a probability sample with a total population of 110 people. This research took subjects at PT ITS Wings Surya Bumiayu. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the data analysis show that the variable job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee productivity, work discipline has a significant effect on employee productivity intentions, work motivation has a significant effect on employee productivity. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the variables of job satisfaction, work discipline and work motivation have an effect on employee productivity variables
