This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of work environment, job rewards and job satisfaction on the performance of Sapphire Group employees in Purwokerto. This research is a quantitative research using a questionnaire of 108 respondents to employees of the Sapphire Group in Purwokerto. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method. Data analysis used multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study indicate that the work environment, job rewards and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
