In a construction project, the factors that become the success of a project are quality, time, and cost. To achieve this target, it is necessary to plan, schedule, and control the implementation of the work properly. Fast track method is one method of controlling a job that includes time in an integrated manner. This method is used to analyze implementation performance and estimate the completion time of all work. The 4-Story Lecture Building Project is analyzed when the work is done according to the activity targets to be achieved, namely quality and time. One way that contractors can do to prevent delays in a job is to apply the fast track method. From the analysis conducted using the fast track method applied to the project scheduling of the 4-Story Lecture Building at the University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, it was possible to reduce the time from a project duration of 216 days to 197 days. The efficiency of working time obtained from the analysis is 19 days. Comparison of time after using the fast track method, namely speeding up the construction time of the building so that it can be completed quickly.
