The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), job characteristics and Self Efficacy on employee performance at Aghisna Medika Kroya Hospital. The sample used in this study were employees of the RSU production department. Aghisna Medika Kroya as many as 115 samples using non probability sampling technique. Analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 20. The results of this study based on the F test stated that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), job characteristics and self efficacy have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Based on the t test obtained; (a) organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on performance, (b) job characteristics has a positive and significant effect on performance, (c) self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on performance.
