Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction and job characteristics on employee performance (at PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga). The sample in this study amounted to 62 permanent employees. The sampling technique used in this research is Nonprobability Sampling with a saturated sampling technique and data obtained from respondents with research instruments using questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The study results showed that Transformational Leadership and Job Satisfaction have no effect on employee performance, while Job Characteristics has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
