This research aims to find out the influence of work ethic and quality of work life on organizational commitment to nurses at Dadi Keluarga Purwokerto Hospital. This research is quantitative research and sampling techniques used that are simple random sampling. The study subjects were as many as 126 nurses of Dadi Keluarga Purwokerto Hospital. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the analysis at a significance level of 5% to find out the influence of work ethic and quality of work life on the commitment of the nurse organization at Dadi Keluarga Purwokerto Hospital. The results of the analysis at the level of significance of 5% found the influence of work ethic on organizational commitment to nurses indicated by the value t calculated = 4,760 and the probability value sig. (p)=0.000 (p<0.05) so H1 is accepted. Furthermore, the results of the analysis at the level of significance of 5% found the influence of quality of work life on organizational commitment to nurses indicated by the value t calculated = 2.182 and the value of sig probability. (p)=0.000 (p<0.05) so H2 is accepted. Then, the results of the analysis at the level of significance of 5% found the influence of work ethic and quality of work life on organizational commitment to nurses indicated by the value F calculate = 9.787 and the probability value sig. (p)=0.000 (p<0.05) so H3 is accepted. Rsquare value = 0.123 which means work ethic and quality of work life contribute effectively by 12.3% to organizational commitment to nurses, while 87.7% is influenced by other factors.
