The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the work environment, organizational commitment, and workload on turnover intention at PT Rosa Sejahtera Eyelashes Purbalingga. This research is a quantitative research using a questionnaire of 148 respondents to employees of PT Rosa Sejahtera Eyelashes Purbalingga. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and formula Slovin's. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, data analysis test, model fit test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that the work environment partially has no positive and insignificant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment partially negative and significant effect on turnover intention, workload partially positive and significant effect on turnover intention and simultaneously work environment, organizational commitment, and workload have a significant effect on turnover intention.
